Are you a structured and responsible person who thrives in both independent work and team collaboration? We are now looking for a Quality Controller for our facility in Skara. With us, you will get an educational position within one of Sweden's largest food production companies. We are best known for our brands Scan, Pärsons, and Bullens.

What you will do
As a Quality Controller, you maintain food safety at the facility and provide data for further analysis together with your colleagues in the quality department. You report directly to the Quality Manager at the Skara facility. Your duties as a Quality Controller include performing inspections, conducting sampling according to control plans, monitoring compliance with set quality requirements, and documenting and reacting to deviations.

The work requires you to be driven, engaged, and meticulous. Furthermore, you have the ability to take initiative and enjoy working independently in a proactive manner. You are adaptable and have strong administrative skills. You are accustomed to working in various systems and use the computer as your primary work tool, with good knowledge of the Office suite. You have basic competence and experience in food production, food safety, and quality.

The position is a permanent role and is classified as a blue-collar role, which means you work close to production and contribute to the daily flow. The basic schedule is divided into two shifts, but there is an opportunity to work day shifts during certain periods depending on the business's needs. This gives you flexibility and variation in your working life, while also providing the opportunity to develop in a stable and long-term role.
